Overtraining means you’re not taking enough rest between intense training sessions, Tom. Your body—and especially your muscles—need that rest to recover. If you exercise at full intensity whilst your body is still fatigued, you’ll be less fit and more prone to injury. So overtraining makes you weaker rather than stronger. Whether Alexa was genuinely overtrained or just looking for excuses is, of course, impossible to verify from the outside. I do believe her, though. In any case, those repeated time-outs meant that, unlike the others, I found it a less successful fight.

Alexa hat hier Kampgeist bewiesen und sie hatte auch gute Momente, allerdings fragt man sich bei den ständigen Unterbrechungen ob sie tatsächlich reale harte Kämpfe durchstehen kann. Ich habe mich auf jeden Fall nicht gelangweilt, beide Ringerinnen haben hier einen guten Job gemacht.

It was a thrilling, hard-fought battle between Anastasia—a veteran of hundreds of bouts here—and the MMA talent Alexa. Anastasia remained unfazed by Alexa and fought fiercely, while Alexa seemed somewhat off her game, unable to successfully execute any proper holds. Rumor has it Alexa had been overtraining, though I’m not sure if that actually makes you weaker or stronger. The two really ought to face each other in a standard match—one where there’s no room for excuses.

I only saw the fantastic fight between Alexa and Eva this morning. When I returned to the fd homepage, I saw this fight advertised. That tempted me to download it straight away. Unfortunately, this fight didn’t have the intensity or the high standard of the Alexa/Eva fight. That may have been because Alexa, as was said, was overtrained and had to pause the fight several times due to the risk of injury. As a result, she couldn’t really give Anastasia a hard time, and it turned out to be a very short fight. By the way, the red marks on Anastasia’s ass were there from the start. So she must have sustained them earlier that day or that week. I hope for Alexa’s sake that she was fit enough for her cage fight, which will have taken place by now, I assume.

A high level wrestling match between our long time FD star, Anastasia and the FD newbie MMA star Alexa Throat, who is preparing for an upcoming MMA fight. Anastasia was not intimidated at all by Alexa's MMA skills, while Alexa is confident that she can **** our queen. It is a MMA-like fight where punches were replaced by slaps. Great effort from both girls. For Anastasia this is only another match, for Alexa this is a "warm-up" for her upcoming MMA event. Was it a good idea?
