Miranda vs. Zamira | FD1567

An interesting tournament match, in front of a live audience, in which both ladies acquitted themselves admirably. On the face of it, Miranda was dominant, using cross-body and full-body pin holds to great effect. However, there was a period of the match during which Zamira became more aggressive and, in particular, found that she could punish her opponent quite considerably by means of body scissors and headlock holds. This aggression was not maintained, however, and Miranda was able to regain the iniitiative and resume her dominance. An entertaining match, which I enjoyed, albeit I could personally do without the post-fight arm wrestling.
